Repairs are just as easy to log in and out as inventory firearms. Build and maintain the repair work order as work is accomplished, even transfer the firearms for outside work and re-import it when returned to you. You then import the repair work order into the invoice. ARMS Dealer Point of Sale also allows you to maintain a complete labor charge database for consistent job costing.

ARMS Dealer Point of Sale interfaces with cash drawers, receipt printers, barcode readers and credit card verification software. Network versions allow multiple stations and limited access menus for sales clerks if desired.

Class 3 firearms, tiered pricing, customer price levels, bulk importing, bulk invoicing of firearms and separate "ship to" and "sold to" invoicing are just a few of the many added features. If you want to add one new firearm or 5000 new firearms, just input the serial number range and let the software do it for you. It's even that easy to invoice out a range of serial numbers or just flag the guns for sale in a large spreadsheet. ARMS will do the disposition for you. Manage your inventory with ARMS' inventory shell program, "Catalogs", which is included with the POS Plus at no extra charge. We provide over 80,000 SKU's from Ellett Brothers, AcuSport and RSR provided. Just press 'A' to add, scan the barcode and the data is input for you.

When new merchandise arrives, if "Catalogs" finds the SKU in your inventory, then the data screen is switched to Edit Mode automatically, ready for you to input the new quantity, cost and price.

Need to print barcodes? ARMS' "Catalogs" will print them for you, on standard Avery labels, 3 different formats available. Select the desired merchandise, input the amount and ARMS will print them for you. ARMS' "Catalogs" will even print barcodes for your firearms with the serial number as the barcode. There is no need for inputting data twice. ARMS' "Catalogs" is part of ARMS Point of Sale Plus. Not another optional module to purchase.
